Purpose of the site
This website is informational. Its purpose is to present Olivares AI, an open-core, self-hosted platform for enterprise AI, together with related documentation, licensing information and contact channels.
The site does not, by itself, provide the software product or process customer or product data. It is a static marketing and informational site: it sets no cookies, performs no analytics, advertising or tracking, and collects no personal data from ordinary browsing. Personal data is processed only when a visitor chooses to contact us; this is governed by our Privacy Notice.
Applicable legislation
The operator of this website is established in Spain. Accordingly, the provision and use of this site are governed by Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE) and by other applicable Spanish legislation, together with applicable European Union law, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation).
These provisions apply without prejudice to any specific terms governing other services, and to the separate licences that govern the Olivares AI software.

Except where otherwise stated, the content of this website, including its texts, design, structure, graphics and other materials, is owned by Francisco Olivares Martín or used under licence, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. "Olivares AI" is a trademark of Francisco Olivares Martín.
No licence or right over this content or over the "Olivares AI" mark is granted by mere access to or use of the website. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation of the website content, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited, save where permitted by law.
The Olivares AI software is licensed separately and is not governed by this legal notice. The complete product is available under the GNU Affero General Public License version 3.0 (AGPL-3.0), with a commercial licence and an enterprise tier also available; the connector SDK is licensed under Apache-2.0. The terms applicable to the website grant no rights in the software. For licensing of the software, see the open-source page.

The operator prepares the content of this website with reasonable care but does not warrant that it is complete, accurate or up to date at all times. The website and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Olivares AI is a pre-release company and is not certified under SOC 2, ISO/IEC 27001, the EU AI Act or any other standard or framework. References to security or compliance objectives describe design intentions only and must not be read as a certification, attestation or guarantee.
