How passwordless sign-in works

Open the portal and enter the email address associated with your license.

Use the same browser

Open the email link in the same browser that requested it. The link is valid for 15 minutes and can be used once.

Continue your session

After sign-in, your portal session lasts about 7 days.

The customer portal opens with commercial availability. Until then, contact us about licenses or purchasing.

Do I need to create a password?

No. The portal uses a passwordless magic link sent to your email address.

What if the magic link is lost, expired or already used?

Request a new link from the portal sign-in screen. Each link is valid for 15 minutes and can be used once.

What if I do not have a license yet?

See the pricing page for the available editions, or contact us to discuss a commercial license.

How long does a portal session last?

A signed-in session lasts about 7 days. After that, request another magic link.
