Olivares Server

Olivares AI as a server image for your own hardware or virtual machines. Finish setup in a browser, then run your teams’ AI tools from one server you manage.

Olivares Server is planned. The image recipe is designed; there is no image to download. Each item below says which it is.

Olivares AI Now page: four approvals waiting with what each one will run, six recent sessions across five AI tools, spend and each account's usage limits.
The product console that Olivares Server runs. It runs today as a binary, a container or a package.

What the image holds

  • Community inside

The image ships Olivares AI Community, the complete product for a person or a team.

    Planned
  • Business on license activation

Activate a Business license from the console. The Business binaries download then; they are not in the image.

    Planned
  • Your AI tools

Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI and OpenCode, each signed in with your own account.

    Planned
  • Passwords and secrets

A personal vault in Community; shared vaults, groups and audit in Business.

Setup without passwords in files

First boot, on the server’s own screen Designed

Olivares Server
Finish first setup in a browser at https://<address>:8443/setup
The one-time setup token is on this machine, readable by root:
  sudo cat /var/lib/olivares-appliance/setup-token
It is single-use and stops working once the first administrator exists.
It is never shown on this screen and never written to the system journal.
After setup completes the token is spent: remove the file with
  sudo rm /var/lib/olivares-appliance/setup-token
First boot state: run sudo appliance-firstboot status
  • One settings file

The answers file holds no password, token or database address.

    Designed
  • Finish in a browser

The first-boot message gives the address of the setup page.

    Designed
  • A one-time token

Only root can read it. It stops working once the first administrator exists.

    Designed

Two consoles: one for the product, one for the host

  • Product console

The Olivares AI console you already know: sessions, AI tools, access map, approvals and audit.

    Designed
  • Appliance Console, port 9443

The host, for Business and Enterprise administrators: network and firewall pages. Every host change shows a plan and runs only after you confirm. A network change reverts unless you confirm it.

    Designed
  • Updates from the console

Olivares AI, the operating system packages and security updates, from one signed channel per edition.

    Planned
  • Services and storage

Pages for services, storage, DNS, time and disks in the Appliance Console.

    Planned

Formats

One image recipe: three formats, a server edition and a desktop edition.

  • ISO, qcow2 and OVA images for amd64. Planned
  • A server edition, and a desktop edition with GNOME. Planned
  • Built on AlmaLinux 10. Planned
